Tara oversees Servicing and B2B Partnerships. With more than 22 years of management and executive experience in operations, Tara has a deep background in mortgage lending and servicing, and in her current role, she is responsible for a variety of operations including underwriting, servicing, loss mitigation, and investor relations. In addition, she oversees the project and training teams for Intellifi’s BPO customers. Prior to joining CMLS Financial in 2015, Tara held executive roles with several leading organizations in the residential mortgage industry. Tara was elected to the Mortgage Back Securities Investor Association (MBSIA) Board of Directors in October 2020 and re-elected in 2021 to the Executive Board as Treasurer.

Matthew oversees enterprise business opportunities, developing strategy and roll out plans, and identifying gaps in technology and process flows. He acts as the liaison between department end-users, technical analysts, IT analysts, consultants, and partners to support our clients’ change management strategies. Prior to joining CMLS Financial in 2016, Matthew spent 14 years in residential servicing, business analysis, project management, funding, underwriting, quality assurance and sales in the residential mortgage finance industry. He is also a licensed Mortgage Broker in the Province of Alberta. 

Baj oversees the day-to-day operations of the Residential Technology team, managing our lending software products and QA teams. His responsibilities include product growth and strategy, maintaining the product roadmap for a wide suite of loan products. With over 8 years of experience in the mortgage and tech space, Baj is a visionary and thrives as an innovative contributor to the group, staying on top of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in search of finding opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.

Eric leads our Commercial business, overseeing the advancement of the Technology, Research, and Intelligent Operations services. With extensive experience in credit and asset management in commercial real estate, Eric previously spent over a decade leading the Mortgage Analytics Groups at CMLS Financial, achieving remarkable growth through software solutions, market research, and valuation products for lenders. Eric's primary focus is on enhancing the lending process's efficiency, driven by his passion for continuous process improvement and innovation through technology. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business and a CFA designation, Eric combines his education with practical industry knowledge to contribute significantly to Intellifi's success.

Aaron oversees our Intelligent Lending Operations team. With over 15 years of experience in commercial lending and as a CFA charterholder, Aaron possesses a comprehensive understanding of lending operations, including origination, advisory, underwriting, special loans, and servicing capacities. His involvement in over $4 billion worth of commercial loan transactions covering CMHC-insured, conventional, and construction financing across various commercial real estate asset classes makes him a trusted expert in facilitating successful lending solutions for our clients. 

Sukhman oversees our Commercial Software and Analytics team. With over a decade of experience in the commercial lending and technology space, Sukhman is an innovative and passionate professional, who is driven to transform the Canadian mortgage industry for the digital age. Prior to joining Intellifi, Sukhman has held senior positions at CMLS Financial’s Mortgage Analytics Group and co-founded one of BC’s largest real-estate fintechs. 

Robert oversees our Infrastructure & Security teams, including the company’s IT roadmap, digital strategy, and technology functions, such as the national network, client processing platforms, information security, data management and support operations. With over 25 years of diverse technical leadership experience, he has extensive background across multiple industries, including finance, marketing technology, ISPs, MSPs, software development, and the Canadian mortgage industry. Prior to joining Intellifi, Robert has held several senior positions with leading organizations in the financial and mortgage industries.  

Richard oversees our Residential Innovation team, including leading our automated underwriting engine product, Crystal. With over 20 years of experience in various roles with key players in the financial and tech industries, Richard is an expert in the Canadian lending technology and automation. His deep understanding of the mortgage industry has led him to drive the creation of technology that enables clients to succeed in their goals, exceed their revenue targets and improve efficiency, customer responsiveness and employee experience.
