Commercial Lending Solutions

Eric oversees our Commercial Solutions team. With over 15 years of experience, Eric is intrigued by the benefits of modernizing infrastructure and sees cloud-based ecosystems as the source for competitive advantage in the digital age. Prior to joining Intellifi, he held various senior roles in risk and asset management in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, Eric led the Mortgage Analytics Groups at CMLS Financial, under his leadership they achieved significant growth providing both software solutions and valuation products to lenders. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia (Sauder School of Business) and a CFA designation.

Sukhman oversees our Commercial Software and Analytics team. With over a decade of experience in the commercial lending and technology space, Sukhman is an innovative and passionate professional, who is driven to transform the Canadian mortgage industry for the digital age. Prior to joining Intellifi, Sukhman has held senior positions at CMLS Financial’s Mortgage Analytics Group and co-founded one of BC’s largest real-estate fintechs. 

Aaron oversees our Intelligent Lending Operations team. With over 15 years of experience in commercial lending and as a CFA charterholder, Aaron possesses a comprehensive understanding of lending operations, including origination, advisory, underwriting, special loans, and servicing capacities. His involvement in over $4 billion worth of commercial loan transactions covering CMHC-insured, conventional, and construction financing across various commercial real estate asset classes makes him a trusted expert in facilitating successful lending solutions for our clients.
